Hotel Zetta San Francisco

Everything was simply amazing.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

This hotel was quiet little, with excellent service and best possible location right next to the shopping centre.

One of the best traditional hotels I've visited, I would stay here again.

Adequate well laid out rooms, so efficient staff, complimentary breakfast. Bed was really nice, I enjoyed it. I liked the exceptional service here. Plus their wifi was complimentary.

The room is marvellous and reasonably priced. Pool bar and clean pool.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in San Francisco. Very good staff and rooms, loved it. Rooms with a beautiful decor.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. They recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

The poolside restaurant was terrific, they served incredible food. The staff were dismissive and provided accommodating service. Picture perfect area, central location.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and fairly clean with very good wi-fi. The pool was heated and the views were awesome.

I loved the hotel, all the interiors were interesting. Bed was good, and overall the room was light. Staff was really sincere and I had a very lovely stay at this property. Easy location, 15 minutes' walk to a people-watching plaza. The restaurant was stunning and food was APPETISING. Complimentary drinks at lobby bar, high quality service.
